Motourismo
From 20–50 hours per tour to 40 minutes
Every tour required weeks of manual work
Motourismo builds multi-day tours that depend on dozens of partners — hotels, local guides, transport operators, activity providers. To create a single tour, a team member had to contact each partner manually, collect information across multiple email threads, process it and format it into a product listing. This took 20 to 50 man-hours per tour. With only 24 tours live, their catalog was far smaller than the market opportunity.
Claude as the operations manager
The manual coordination workflow was replaced by an AI-driven system that handles partner communication end-to-end.
Automated Partner Outreach
Claude conducts the full email conversation with each partner — asking the right questions about availability, pricing, inclusions and logistics. It adapts based on partner responses and follows up automatically.
Automatic Tour Creation
Once partner data is collected, Claude structures it into a complete tour product — description, itinerary, pricing tiers, logistics notes — and publishes it to the site. One admin reviews and approves.
Partner Network Scaling
Instead of 3–4 people managing 12 partners, one administrator now oversees 38 partners with Claude handling all communication load.
System deployed in 2 weeks. Partner onboarding ran in parallel. 91 tours live by end of month 1.
